Great training program, individual coaching sessions mixed in are game changers in retaining and understanding what it means to be great ready and how to write a competitive request. recommend taking the grant strategy academy class first to help build your strategy before applying. At times I felt lost but again the dedicated coaching sessions helped better align the learning. 

What I love most about my job is working with people that value diversity, inclusion, and really are passionate about helping others and making our world a better place. 

Working with the Synergy team feels like we have a solid partner in meeting our fundraising and mission goals. Our first major fundraiser was possible and successful with their support and it's a partnership that continues as we are embarking on the 3rd Annual year.

Synergy Worked Better to help us whether the economic storms of COVID-19 to sustain our mission. It was and continues to be a true partnership in meeting our fundraising, grant writing and administrative goals!

The hands-on learning spaces, the deeper connection to my program mates, and leaving with something in hand really makes you feel accomplished, confident and ready for the next steps in the journey.

Working with the folks at Synergy Works helps our volunteer-led organization members reach meaningful fundraising decisions and learn valuable tools. AND the support they provide with grant writing helps us focus on our expertise and community and know we have people behind us to help guide and share our story with the right people.
